Transparency has been one the driving factors to our success as a trusted source for hot tub service and advice. Alistair has worked as an on-site technician for over a decade, and has extensive experience with almost every brand of hot tub available in the lower mainland. We would like to pass on this information to our consumers, so they may have the opportunity to decide where best to spend their hard earned dollars. Our mission is to make certain our customers are confident in any decision they make, whether it be a repair, purchasing new/used or reconditioned. We have provided information on a multitude of different topics in regards to Hot Tubs. If you are wanting to learn about something not listed, we are always taking suggestions for future discussion topics. Or drop us a line if you have questions! Send in your requests to

While it is still very much industry standard to insulate with expansion foam, and granted for some their hot tub can potentially run 10 years (sometimes more if they are lucky) without a single issue, we prefer a little more transparency. We are all still human, mistakes can be made during manufacturing, or special circumstances can cause issues.

Ozone is a naturally occurring gas produced by Ultra Violet light. It breaks down quickly with oxygen found in water and air. It reacts easily with carbon and is 3000x more effective at killing bacteria than chlorine. Ozone gas is created, then drawn through a mazzei injector, and finally passed through a jet for delivery.
